Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation excellent in photostability, containing pitavastatin which is an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, or a salt or ester thereof.SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation is a tablet containing pitavastatin, or a salt or ester thereof, titanium oxide and a coloring agent having a maximum absorption wavelength in 400 to 500 nm range (provided that the preparation obtained by tableting granules produced by using the pitavastatin, or a salt or ester thereof, titanium oxide and the coloring agent having the maximum absorption wavelength in 400 to 500 nm range, is excluded).
