Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel thermostable crystalline modified form of N-methyl-N-[(1S)-1-phenyl-2-{(3S)-3-hydroxypyrrolidin-1-yl}ethyl]-2,2-diphenylacetamide and to provide a method for isolation of the same in a new form.SOLUTION: This compound having a new modified form is produced by (a) reacting 1-[(1S)-3-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-yl]-(2S)-2-methylamino-2-phenylethane with diphenylacetyl chloride at a low temperature, especially from -5°C to 10°C with each other, in which the reaction is performed by (b) dissolving diphenylacetyl chloride dissolved in a certain solvent in the same solvent and slowly adding it to 1-[(1S)-3-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-yl]-(2S)-2-methylamino-2-phenylethane preliminarily charged in the device while keeping the temperature: and then (c) recrystallizing the resultant crude product from the hot solvent successively to the reaction.
