METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MIXED MEMBER AND COVER USED FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technologically improved method used for manufacturing a mixed member having a high value in view of a quality for a vehicle with a motor, the method at least capable of preventing dirt of a press mold as much as possible, and capable of retaining a basic molded body of the mixed member in the specific area in the absence of a resin.SOLUTION: The cover (8) is built between a reinforcement member (3) and the press mold (4). The cover (8) is pulled out continuously from a reservoir and is placed on a base molded body (2) with the reinforcement member (3) positioned on the base molded body followed by a press process. In the case, since the cover (8) has an absorbing layer (9) absorbing the resin, the resin flowing out from the reinforcement member (3) in the press process is accommodated in the absorbing layer (9). Accordingly the cover (8) is removed from the mixed member (1) after the press process, and is preferably wound in the reservoir unit.
