Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein separation is caused by degradation of adhesion strength between base material sheets due to hydrolysis or degradation of adhesive strength, regarding a polyester-based sheet or a hot-melt adhesive of a base material of which the use as a substitute for a conventionally-used polyvinyl chloride resin is studied because a card using the polyvinyl chloride resin as a base material generates harmful hydrogen chloride gas, dioxin and the like in incineration.SOLUTION: For this card having a water-repellent function, a laminated body is formed by pattern printing, a hot-press lamination process and the like, and water-repellent ink is applied to the front and back sides and side faces thereof.
