METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN SHEET BY PULTRUSION EXTENSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet by pultrusion extension which prevents a winding crease from occurring in winding the thermoplastic resin sheet after pultrusion extension by a winding machine and allows the thermoplastic resin sheet to be favorably molded by pultrusion-extension with an even thickness and even mechanical properties.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the pultrusion-extended thermoplastic resin sheet 1' by winding the thermoplastic resin sheet 1' after pultrusion extension by the winding machine 9 while making the thermoplastic resin sheet pass through between a pair of pultrusion-extension rolls and pultrusion-extending the thermoplastic resin sheet, both end 1a, 1b sides in the width direction T of the thermoplastic resin sheet 1' after pultrusion extension are cut and removed respectively by an end cutting and removing device 11 arranged between the pair of pultrusion-extension rolls and the winding machine 9, and the thermoplastic resin sheet 1' after pultrusion extension whose both ends 1a, 1b have been cut and removed is wound by the winding machine 9.
