Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the production of spatter or porosity without deteriorating the quality of a welded portion in a welding method combining arc welding with laser welding.SOLUTION: While following the scanning of an electrode 1 conducting arc discharging, a laser beam 2 whose focus is adjusted between the center in thickness of an object M to be welded and the rear surface thereof or is positioned under the rear surface is used to scan a molten pool formed by the arc discharging. The laser beam 2 keeps a focus of the laser beam 2 out of place on the front surface side of the object M. Therefore, the energy of the laser beam 2 is difficult to be concentrated on the surface of the molten pool, and local heating is hard to occur at the irradiated portion. The local heating can be prevented to reduce the variance of front surface of the molten pool, and the production of spatter and porosity due to the variance of the surface can be prevented. |
