Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively allow bubbles generated in a first reactor to be released from the system to the outside in a treating apparatus allowing treated water to be circulated downwardly through a second reactor where a peroxide decomposition material is filled after allowing the treated water to be circulated upwardly through a first reactor where the peroxide decomposition material is filled.SOLUTION: The bubbles generated in the first reactor can be effectively released from the system to the outside by allowing the upper part of the first reactor to be an opening enlarged toward the upward direction.
