PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the projecting amount of a game board to the rear side and to simplify the rear side of the game board.SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes a prize winning means 22 including a plurality of prize holes 30, 32 arranged vertically and opened to the front face side of the game board 17; a plurality of ball passages 52, 57 for guiding game balls that have entered the respective prize holes 30, 32; and a plurality of detecting switches 56, 60 for detecting the game balls that have entered the respective prize holes 30, 32. A support plate 77 is arranged on the rear side of the game board 17 along its rear face. The ball passages 52, 57 and the detecting switches 56, 60 corresponding to the upper side prize holes 30, 32 are provided on the rear side of the support plate 77, and the ball passages 52, 57 and the detecting switches 56, 60 corresponding to the lower side prize holes 30, 32 are provided on the front side of the support plate 77.
