Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint supporter which improves stability of a knee joint, thereby reduces fatigue of a wearer and also makes it possible to reduce a load on a patellar tendon.SOLUTION: The knee joint supporter 10 includes: a support part 4 which is knitted almost in the shape of the letter U and supports the kneecap of the wearer, and a kneecap corresponding part 5 which corresponds to the kneecap of the wearer. The kneecap corresponding part 5 is composed of a first mesh part 5a formed of mesh knitted cloth, a first longitudinal check pattern part 5b formed of knitted cloth in the shape of a longitudinal check pattern, and a first transverse check pattern part 5c formed of knitted cloth in the shape of a transverse check pattern. The stretch resistance of a first anchor part 2 and a second anchor part 3 in the circumferential direction of tubular knitted cloth is larger than the stretch resistance of a base fabric part 1 in the circumferential direction of the tubular knitted cloth, while the stretch resistance of the base fabric part 1 in the length direction L of the tubular knitted cloth is smaller than that of the support part 4 in the length direction L of the tubular knitted cloth and larger than that of the first mesh part 5a in the length direction of the tubular knitted cloth.
