LIGHT SOURCE DEVICE FOR ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device for an endoscope, which has both operation stability and safety without the risk of an electric shock even if an operator touches a heat sink when the operator opens an open/close door, inserts his or her hand through a lamp replacement window.SOLUTION: A pair of conductive slide pieces 14A, 14B which are energized by energizing means 19A, 19B to the side of the lamp replacement window 6 from inside a housing 2 and are abutted on the pair of heat sinks 5A, 5B at the same time are placed freely slidably in a direction of the energization performed by the energizing means 19A, 19B, and the opening/closing door 7 for opening/closing the lamp replacement window 6 includes a slide piece push means 22 for pushing the pair of conductive slide pieces 14A, 14B into the housing 2 from the lamp replacement window 6 side against energizing forces of the energizing means 19A, 19B.
