Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably retain accuracy over a long period of time when a leak test of a container-shaped workpiece with an opening is performed.SOLUTION: The leak test is performed by sealing an opening 9a of a workpiece 9 with a sealing member 13 of a leak tester 2. A cleaning device 3 is provided in a previous step of the leak tester 2. A contact body formed of a brush 31 of the cleaning device 3 is disposed on a conveying path 7 of the workpiece 9. The brush 31 is brought into contact with the workpiece 9 to separate the workpiece 9 from dust.
