ELECTRODE STRUCTURE OF LIQUID LEVEL SENSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure of a liquid level sensor miniaturizing a substrate and reducing the cost thereof by providing a resistance body within a sliding range of a contact, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An electrode 10 of the liquid level sensor comprises a first sliding section 20, a second sliding section 30 and a resistance body 40 that are formed on a substrate B. The first sliding section 20 that is superposed on the resistance body 40 is formed in such a manner as drawing an arc on the upper surface of the resistance body 40 to cover a forming area of the resistance body 40. Exposed portions 40a, 40b, 40c, ... from which the resistance body 40 is exposed are provided between conductive segments 20a, 20b, 20c, ... of the first sliding section 20 and a trimming process is performed thereto.
