Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of a cooling device.SOLUTION: A space between a dummy flat tube 26A and a dummy flat tube 26B arranged between a high water temperature radiator 12H and a low water temperature radiator 12L is blocked by an airflow blocking member 30 formed integrally with a fan shroud 16, thereby vertically dividing air originally supposed to pass between the dummy flat tube 26A and the dummy flat tube 26B, and making it pass between a normal flat tube 26, through which a first cooling water cw1 of the high water temperature radiator 12H passes, and the dummy flat tube 26A, and between a normal flat tube 26, through which a second cooling water cw2 of the low water temperature radiator 12L passes, and the dummy flat tube 26B. That improves the cooling efficiency.
