PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve that can improve durability of a spring.SOLUTION: A pressure control valve 1 includes a valve element 6 mounted as swingable via a spindle 4 on a support 3 provided in an exhaust pipe 45, the valve element that can open and close an aperture end 2, and a biasing body 5 imparting biasing force to the valve element 6 to close the aperture end 2; and the control valve opens the aperture end 2 when exhaust pressure in the exhaust pipe 45 elevates over the biasing force. The biasing body 5 includes two torsion coil springs 5a, 5b externally fitted and supported by a spring shaft 5c mounted on the exhaust pipe 45 to be parallel to an aperture plane S of the aperture end 2. The two torsion coil springs 5a, 5b have fixed arms 5fa, 5fb, respectively, in one end fixed to the exhaust pipe 45 side and have movable arms 5ma, 5mb, respectively, on the other end. The movable arms 5ma, 5mb are connected to each other by a joint 7; and the two torsion coil springs 5a, 5b impart biasing force to the valve element 6 via the joint 7.
