METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BLAST FURNACE BOTTOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a blast furnace bottom, by which a process of constructing filling material can be simplified and also a good cooling performance is obtained.SOLUTION: A space part 20U is formed by arranging a plurality of main beams 111 on a base 5, the upper surface of the space part 20U is closed by putting up a bottom plate 14 on the main beams 111, and castable 17 is filled into the space part 20U. In that case, a pouring hole 21 for pouring the castable 17 into the one end side of the space part 20U from the outside, and a plurality of opening holes 99 for confirming the fill-up and arranged to the other end side of the space part 20U from the pouring hole 21 have been formed. The castable 17 is poured into the pouring hole 21 while sequentially confirming the flowing out of the castable 17 from the opening holes 99 for confirming the fill-up near the pouring hole 21, and after confirming the flowing out of the castable from a discharging hole at the other end side of the space part 20U, the pouring of the castable 17 is stopped, and the pouring hole 21, the discharging hole and the opening holes 99 for confirming the fill-up are perfectly sealed.
