PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide roll segment of continuous casting equipment preventing bulging, and capable of maintaining a stable rotating operation of a cast slab support roll, simple in maintenance, and capable of maintaining the availability factor of the continuous casting equipment.SOLUTION: The guide roll segment 106 of continuous casting equipment that supports the cast slab C drawn out from a mold of the continuous casting equipment includes a segment body 10, and a unit 4 attached to/detached from the segment body 10. The unit 4 includes a unit frame 41, a plurality of cast slab support rolls 5 detachably attached to the unit frame 41 and having rotation axes 51 in a width direction of the cast slab C, and a backup roll 6 rolling the cast slab support roll 5.
