ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set present preset data adapted to a combination of a subject and an examined region in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: A preset data identifier and a subordinate preset data identifier are managed for each combination of the subject and the examined region in a preset management table 40. The examined region is specified from the position of a probe mark (an area on which a typical probe mark point belongs) on a body mark. A control part 10 obtains specific preset data from a preset storage part 12 according to the preset management table 40, or obtains specific preset data from a subordinate preset storage part 26 if necessary. The control part 10 composes the present preset data 36 based on the obtained data, and sets device operating conditions according to the contents of the data.
