Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage mechanism capable of bringing a massage feel similar to the rubbing action of human hands, and a massager.SOLUTION: The massage mechanism includes: a base part 10; a motor 14; a massage part 11 massaging a part to be treated; a rotating part 15 connected to the motor 14 in a linkage mode; a first crank part 16 arranged on the rotating part 15 and used for supporting one part 11a of the massage part 11; and a conversion part 17 arranged on the base part 10, and used for supporting the other part 11b of the massage part 11 and converting the rotational motion of the massage part 11 caused by the first crank part 16 into pendulum motion.
