Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a grommet to inhibit sound leakage around an attachment part attached to a through hole of a vehicle body panel.SOLUTION: A grommet 20 is attached to a through hole 12 formed at a vehicle body panel 10 being fitted onto a wiring harness 18. The grommet 20 includes: a cylindrical wiring harness support part 22 into which the wiring harness 18 is inserted; a panel attachment part 30 connected with the wiring harness support part 22 and having an engagement recess part 31 engaging with an inner peripheral part of the through hole 12 in a position located around an axial core of the wiring harness support part 22; and an umbrella shaped part 40 formed by an elastic material and extending from a position, which is located in an outer peripheral part of the wiring harness support part 22 and is separated from the panel attachment part 30, to the panel attachment part 30 so as to expand larger than the engagement recess part 31.
