Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transmission delay in a network.SOLUTION: In a ring network of a multicast label switch path scheme by which a signal from a transmitting node is branched to be transmitted through two different directions of working paths to a plurality of receiving nodes, backup paths are set to form a ring shape and to connect the transmitting node with the receiving node at each end point of the two directions of working paths continuously to the working paths. The backup paths are in directions respectively opposite to the two directions of the working paths.
