MOLDING METHOD OF LUBRICANT MOLDED PRODUCT AND MOLDING APPARATUS FOR THE SAME, AND LUBRICANT MOLDED PRODUCT AND LUBRICANT APPLICATION APPARATUS HAVING THE MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a lubricant molded product and a molding apparatus for the product, by which a lubricant molded product having no uneven wear can be easily and inexpensively obtained by molding, and to provide a lubricant molded product and a lubricant application apparatus having the lubricant molded product.SOLUTION: A cavity 203 in a rectangular parallelepiped shape having an upper opening is formed by a mold 201. The molding method comprises: (a) partitioning the cavity 203 with a plurality of partition plates 541 into a plurality of segments 204a to 204j arranged in a longitudinal direction; (b) filling the plurality of segments 204a to 204j with a lubricant J in the respective predetermined amounts; then (c) pulling the plurality of partitioning plates 541 upward to eliminate the partitions; and (d) inserting a punch 202 into the cavity 203 to compact the lubricant J into a rectangular parallelepiped shape to obtain a lubricant molded product 6a1.
