Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azimuth and elevation angle measuring system capable of measuring an azimuth and elevation angle of an incoming signal with high precision.SOLUTION: An azimuth and elevation angle measuring system includes: plural antennas 11-11; and a signal processor 15 that performs a radio wave propagation route estimation by ray tracing using an incoming wave number and incoming signals estimated based on plural antenna reception signals obtained from the plural antennas, to determine an incoming direction, and then measures an incoming azimuth and elevation angle with the determined incoming direction as the initial value.
