METHOD FOR REINFORCING BUILDING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a building structure, which reinforces the foundation of a relatively small-sized building structure and allows required reinforcing equipment to be arranged only in the site for the building structure to be reinforced.SOLUTION: A beam 7 is arranged below a floor material 3 of a building structure 1, without interference with foundation members 5a and 5b. The both ends of the beam 7 is supported by a supporting member 10. The supporting member 10 is provided with an underground insertion member 16 which is inserted in the underground so as to support a load acting on the beam 7 in the vertical direction. The underground insertion member 16 includes a linear portion 16c and a plurality of spiral projections 16d. The spiral projections 16d constitute a portion of a helix. The supporting member 10 has a portion to support the beam 7 at a distance in the vertical direction (heigh h) from the ground surface (GL). The distance is adjusted so that the load acting on the beam 7 in the vertical direction is supported by the supporting member 10.
