Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheared component improved in a hydrogen cracking property at an end surface of a sheared edge by paying attention to a structure of an outermost layer of the end surface of the sheared edge of a high strength steel sheet, and making the structure hard to cause hydrogen cracking, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The sheared component is manufactured by applying a shearing work to the steel sheet, and includes at least one sheared portion consisting of a structure in which a region within the range of at least 30 μm in a depth direction from the end surface of the sheared edge contains 50% or more of polygonal ferrite having an average particle diameter of 5.0 μm or less and an average aspect ratio of 1 to 3.
