Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus for transmitting a current to a component of a vehicle steering wheel.SOLUTION: The transmission apparatus includes: a rotor (2) provided in the steering wheel to be rotatable together with the steering wheel; a stator (3) disposed in the vehicle component that is more stationary than the rotation movement of the steering wheel; at least one conductive element (4) electrically connecting the rotor (2) to the stator (3); and a temperature decision device determining a temperature of either the conductive element (4) or a region of the conductive element (4). Moreover, the transmission method for transmitting the current to the component of the vehicle steering wheel is provided.
