Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a tablet, although a tablet effective only between specific stations has been used to enable one block between stations, is a physical object, takes too much time in handling to cope with an increase in the number of trains, cannot prevent human errors, and cannot prevent the human errors of train operators although operations by train operators and station employees can be reduced by computerizing the tablet, so that there is a risk, for example, that a train is started in spite of no reception of the tablet, and that there is a possibility that, when a preceding train arrives in the next station and a tablet is transmitted to ground equipment, a following train comes to be able to start, so that the following train is started in spite of the preceding train remaining on rail at the platform of the next station because of the breakdown of the preceding train or a train operator's forgetting to start or else.SOLUTION: When the ground equipment transmits a tablet to a train, on-rail information at the next station is transmitted. Also an onboard control device receives the on-rail information when receiving the tablet and outputs braking when the on-rail information indicates that a train is on rail or 'Unknown' to prevent the traveling of the following train. |
