Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix nucleated cells separated from a cell source conveniently with a filling material while securing sterility.SOLUTION: This system for mixing nucleated cells 1 including a cell-capturing filter 2 for capturing the nucleated cells contained in the cell source A, a cell source container 3 for housing the cell source A and connected with the cell-capturing filter 2 by nipping the cell-capturing filter 2 in between, a discharged liquid container 4 for housing the cell source A permeated through the cell-capturing filter 2, a fluid-supplying means 5 for supplying fluid B to the cell-capturing filter 2 and connected with the cell-capturing filter 2 by nipping the cell-capturing filter 2 in between, and a recovering container 6 for housing the filling material C and having an ejection port 6d capable of ejecting the filling material C is provided with that the recovering container 6 of which volume is variable, has a vent 6c installed with an air filter 6e.
