PACKAGE CARRIER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a package carrier which efficiently radiates heat.SOLUTION: An insulation cover is provided. The insulation cover has an inner surface and an outer surface, which face each other; multiple openings; and a housing space. A patterning metal layer is formed on an outer surface of the insulation cover. A surface treatment layer is formed on the patterning metal layer. A heat radiation element is formed in a housing space of an insulation layer and is structurally connected with the insulation layer. A heat conducting layer is formed on a surface of the heat radiation element and a part of the heat conducting layer is exposed by the openings of the insulation cover.
