Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when a plurality of PC servers are mounted in the same rack and the PC servers respectively perform FAN control, each of the PC servers should realize that the number of FAN rotational frequency control is reduced by improving cooling efficiency and the rotational frequency is kept at low speed and stable so that the FAN rotational frequency does not vary at short intervals; and versatility should be achieved to handle optional extras supported later.SOLUTION: A cooling method includes providing: an air duct 16 which collects cooling air; and bellows type cooling tubes 19 which perform pinpoint cooling for high heating parts to be mounted on hard-to-cool portions. The air duct and the bellows type cooling tubes are mounted in a PC server which has a plurality of high heating parts scattered in a frame as shown in Fig. 1, thereby performing control so that cooling efficiency improves and FAN rotational frequency does not become high due to only a part of the high heating parts. Therefore, the number of FAN control in each PC server is reduced and the rotational frequency is kept at low speed and stable.
