COVER FOR SIDE-DRAWN CONNECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover capable of suppressing abrupt bending of an electric wire that is drawn sideways in a single direction from a connector.SOLUTION: The connector includes a pair of, front and rear, body cover and lid cover, in an approximately right triangle shape. Each of the body cover and the lid cover includes a bottom side which acts as a connection side to an electric wire inserting side end face of a side-drawn connector, an oblique side which inclines from the outer edge of the bottom side, and an inner end side that protrudes from the inner end of the bottom side. A peripheral wall is protruded from the oblique side and the inner end side, and an electric wire leading-out opening is provided between the protruding ends of the oblique side and the inner end side. The peripheral walls of the oblique sides of the body cover and the lid cover are provided with a lock part and a locked part for locking each other. A guide rib for assuring a straight part of the electric wire is protruded from the inner surface of the body cover, and an engagement hole in which the protruding tip end of the guide rib is inserted is provided in the lid cover.
