PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support accuracy improvement in receipt inspection at a medical institution.SOLUTION: A medical affairs support device 14 comprises: an examination example DB 22 for holding multiple examination examples that show information about receipts which are sent from a medical institution to a review organization and for which payment of medical service fees as requested is rejected by the review organization; a not-yet-reviewed receipt receiving part 28 for receiving from a user information about a not-yet-reviewed receipt that is a receipt before being sent from the medical institution to the review organization; a retrieval part 32 for identifying an examination example for which a content of medical practice for a patient is consistent with a description in the not-yet-reviewed receipt, among multiple examination examples held by the examination example DB 22; and an examination example provision part for providing the user with information for the examination example identified by the retrieval part 32.
