Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which requires no particular labor from either of a consumer considering purchasing a product or services in e-commerce and an operator of an e-commerce site, and enables a commercial transaction which gives a high level of satisfaction to the consumer.SOLUTION: A server device 11 stores data indicating evaluations concerning shops or products which are received in the past from a buyer terminal device 13 operated by a buyer. A supplier operates a supplier terminal device 12 and transmits data indicating a product sales condition for a group purchase to the server device 11 to apply for a product sales. The server device 11 determines whether a buyer's evaluation of the product sales for which the supplier has applied satisfies a predetermined condition, and if it is determined that the conditions are satisfied, gives permission for the supplier to perform the product sales. As a result, it is possible to avoid impropriety such as selling a product of poor quality due to excessive price competition.
