Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-p200 antibody-measurement method being specific to anti-p200 pemphigus and having high clinic sensitivity, a measurement reagent, and a dermatological disease-detection method using the reagent.SOLUTION: The anti-p200 pemphigus can be diagnosed by reacting a blood specimen collected from a human with laminin gamma-1 or a fragment thereof, followed by measuring whether the anti-laminin gamma-1 antibody as an autoantibody to the laminin gamma-1 of the specimen is bound to the laminin gamma-1 or not to detect the anti-laminin gamma-1 antibody in the specimen.
