Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper particle that is a fine particle and has uniformed particle size distribution while having a decreased carbon content.SOLUTION: The copper particle has a carbon content of less than 0.01 wt.% and a phosphorus content of less than 0.01 wt.%. Also, a coefficient of variation, a CV value, defined by (σ/D)×100 is 10-35%, wherein σ represents standard deviation of particle sizes of particles by image analysis and Drepresents a 50% volume accumulation particle size of the particle by image analysis. The copper particle is generally spherical, having a non-curved part on a part of the surface thereof. |
