Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fine setting of changes in the air discharge amount or changes in the air supply amount in accordance with a vehicle height value in a vehicle automatic height-adjusting valve by means of a new concept.SOLUTION: The vehicle automatic height-adjusting valve 40 is a composite valve wherein, in the X direction from the +X direction to the -X direction, an air supply on-off valve 60, a spool/sleeve mechanism 78, and a displacement sensor 120 are disposed, an operation part 44 is provided between the spool/sleeve mechanism 78 and a link mechanism 24, and a resolver 140 is provided at the reverse side from the operation unit 44, sandwiching the spool/sleeve mechanism 78. The spool/sleeve mechanism 78 is disposed in a manner so that, at a neutral position, the center land part of the spool 80 covers the load port of the sleeve 90.
