Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a vehicle that can reduce a left-and-right oscillation of a rear floor cross member and rear side members when the left-and-right oscillations are applied to the rear side members.SOLUTION: A rear floor cross member 30 is connected between a pair of rear side members 10 and 20 extending in front-and-rear directions of the vehicle, and the center of a V brace 50 is attached to the rear floor cross member 30, and both ends of a pair of arms extending upward from the center part of the V brace 50 in left-and-right directions are connected to a body configuration member 40. The center of gravity of the V brace 50 is arranged to be offset forward from the center of gravity of the rear floor cross member 30. A front-and-rear oscillation frequency of the V brace 50 is reduced below left-and-right oscillation frequencies of the rear side members 10 and 20.
