PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurence of a trouble due to a power supply switch operation by an operator during shutdown processing of a microcomputer when a commercial power supply is interrupted.SOLUTION: When the commercial power supply is interrupted, power is not supplied to a first DC power supply circuit 21, a first relay 26 is demagnetized, a switch 26A thereof is opened, and power is not supplied to a second DC power supply circuit 31. Then, power supply is started from a battery power supply 38, and a microcomputer 32 inputting a power cut detection signal after one second performs the shutdown processing for 60 seconds. When the switch 26A is opened, a second timer 30 is not conducted and the switch 30A is closed. From the second DC power supply circuit 31, 12V power is outputted, and a third timer 37 is conducted. The switch 37A is closed after 90 seconds thereof and power supply to the second DC power supply circuit 31 by the battery power supply 38 is stopped. When the second relay 27 is demagnetized, a switch 27A is closed, and a lamp 40 is lit.
