Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte capable of maintaining high Li ion conductivity even if heat-treated at high temperatures, and a secondary battery comprising the same and achieving a high energy density and a high capacity.SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte is composed of an oxide of Li and Nb, and the oxide contains Zr. The secondary battery comprises a power generation element where a positive electrode 1 and a negative electrode 3 each composed of a sintered oxide body are disposed so as to face each other through the solid electrolyte composed of the oxide of Li and Nb containing Zr.
