OPTICAL PICKUP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device in which rigidity is efficiently achieved in thinning an object lens actuator.SOLUTION: An optical pickup device 1 is equipped with an object lens actuator 30 including a movable unit 33 having object lenses 17 and 21 and a lens holder 31. The lens holder 31 is a bridge shaped member having a holding portion 31a for holding the object lenses 17 and 21 and leg portions 31b and 31c extending in an optical axis direction of the optical lenses 17 and 21 from both ends of the holding portion 31a. A metal reinforcement member 37 is provided so as to be in contact with an inner surface of the holding portion 31a and inner surfaces of the leg portions 31b and 31c.
