PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce overhead when an object-oriented equipment data arithmetic module acquires and sets equipment data stored in a relation database.SOLUTION: A development support device of software accepts correspondence of equipment data between a relation data model and an object data model, determines whether an operation of the equipment data is performed by an object database operation or a relation database operation on the basis of the correspondence and the object data model when a data arithmetic program is generated from a data arithmetic logic model, generates a relation database operation program, or an object database operation program on the basis of its determination result, and uses the object database operation program or the relation database operation program as an equipment data operation program in the data arithmetic program.
