Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration and air conditioning device in which air discharged therefrom does not make a short cycle, and the structure of outlet ducts, if stacked in a plurality of stages, can be reduced in size and simplified, thus facilitating piping work and maintenance service, and to provide a refrigeration and air conditioning system using the same.SOLUTION: The refrigeration and air conditioning device includes: a heat exchange unit 1 composed of a box-like casing 2 with at least an air inlet 3 on the front surface and an air outlet 4 on the back surface, in which a propeller fan 5 is disposed while facing the air outlet 4, and a heat exchanger 7 is arranged in the front side; and a heat exchange unit assembly 10 in which the heat exchange units 1 are arranged such that the sides on the air outlet 4 are opposite each other across an air path 9.
