Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving shear strength of a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer produced from an aqueous dispersion containing a polymer with an isocyanate-reactive group and a surface-deactivated solid isocyanate.SOLUTION: In a first step, water is removed by drying at a drying temperature of 20 to 95°C, and subsequently in a second step, by a thermal treatment (b) on a single or double-sided-pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or on a transfer tape or on a finished bonding, the shear strength is improved. The duration of the thermal treatment (b) ranges from a minimum of 5 seconds at 135°C (or at a higher temperature) to a maximum of 30 minutes at 90°C. The maximum temperature of the thermal treatment (b) exceeds the drying temperature (a) by at least 40°C. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used in a high-performance adhesive, which is creep-resistant at high temperature, in the field of fastenings which can be statically subjected to stress, and as an adhesive tape configuration. |
