PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of displaying image data series on a plurality of photographed regions under desired shooting conditions after efficiently choosing them.SOLUTION: This image display device generates image data series on a plurality of regions of a subject which are photographed when the subject is moved in his/her body axial direction relative to the imaging field of an MRI apparatus, and provides the image data series with supplementary information such as shooting conditions. An image data extraction section 81 extracts image data series on a plurality of photographed regions provided with desired shooting conditions. A thumbnail data generation section 82 generates representative thumbnail data on each region of the extracted series of image data. A thumbnail display data generation section 851 generates thumbnail display data in which the representative thumbnail data are each related to a region of a body model for the subject. A series display data generation section 852 generates series display data which are used to display a list of image data series corresponding to a representative thumbnail data chosen from the thumbnail display data.
