Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute information to a user of a battery charger concerning services available to the user during a waiting time for a charging.SOLUTION: The subject application is a battery charger management system for a rechargeable battery-equipped apparatus, the system comprises: acquisition means of a user terminal identification number for acquiring a user terminal identification number so as to authenticate a user terminal before using the battery charger; acquisition means of an estimated charging time for acquiring an estimated charging time of the rechargeable battery at the start of the charging; notification means for notifying charging data including the user terminal identification number and the estimated charging time to a remote service providing device; instruction means of rule data registration for registering rule data, for example consisting of a pair of service providing time and service information, in advance from a manager terminal to the service providing terminal; and rule execution means for executing a rule described to acquire only such service information that the service providing time is shorter than the estimated charging time from the service providing device, and distribute the service information to a user terminal specified by the user terminal identification number.
