COMMUNICATION RESOURCE ALLOCATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a communication resource allocation system which allows for static allocation previously by the communication resource allocation algorithm processing before system operation, by separating a function of allocating the communication resources and a function of distributing the resources thus allocated to devices being managed in a system where the system configuration or the amount of data transmission can be predicted in the system design stage.SOLUTION: A communication resource allocation tool which delivers the resource allocation information, calculated by the communication resource allocation algorithm receiving the user information acquired previously, to a resource allocation situation management unit is provided in the communication resource allocation system where a plurality of managed devices connected with a network and communicating with each other request the communication resources to a communication resource distribution system, and the communication resource distribution system accesses the resource allocation information stored in the resource allocation situation management unit, and returns the communication resource allocation information thus read to the managed devices that requested the communication resources.
