Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator which is capable of easily securing corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A fuel cell separator (1) comprises a metal plate (20) having surfaces (21A, 21B) provided with a plurality of projecting stripes (23). The surfaces (21A, 21B) of the metal plate (20) are covered with an insulating resin film (30). Each of the projecting stripes (23) is provided with a conductive part (13) which penetrates through the insulating resin film (30) and is in contact with a fuel cell electrode (42).
