Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination apparatus, for which components of a conventional illumination apparatus for illuminating immediately below are diverted as much as possible, and which is able to illuminate a wall surface orthogonal to a ceiling surface as an attached part.SOLUTION: A frame body 20 is attached to an attached body 11, and the frame body 20 supports a lighting fixture 30. The lighting fixture 30 has an LED mounting substrate 34 mounted with an LED 341 at the front in the illuminating direction and has a heat radiating fin 311 at the back in the illuminating direction. Further, at the front side of the frame body 20, an extended part 24 is provided which has an opening 25 in an illuminating direction inclined to the attached part 11, and to which a tip part of the lighting fixture 30 mounted with the LED mounting substrate 34 and the like can be attached, so that the lighting fixture 30 used in a conventional illumination apparatus can be attached to the extended part 24, thereby enabling cost reduction.
