Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user side to efficiently execute the maintenance of an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A maintenance period determination part 53 determines the maintenance period of consumable supplies on the basis of the residual quantity, consumption rate, and maintenance period determination reference value of the consumable supplies, and a period duplication determination part 54 determines whether or not a plurality of determined maintenance periods duplicate, and a simultaneous maintenance determination part 55 determines maintenance whose periods duplicate to be put together and executed, and determines whether to simultaneously execute a plurality of types of mutually relating maintenance, and puts together the maintenance to be simultaneously executed. A maintenance assignment part 56 determines an expected person in charge of maintenance on the basis of a maintenance result table T6 under the consideration of the content of schedule tables T7 to T9.
