Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary attachment technology that can automate temporary attachment, even if a band is tight and small in diameter.SOLUTION: The small-diameter band 56 is located immediately above a small-diameter part 47 of a flexible joint boot. The small-diameter band 56 is fit to the small-diameter part 47 by descending a band descending member 21 while keeping a boot gripping piece 31 and a band gripping piece 25 static from this state. According to this invention, a boundary of the boot 46 is supported by a small-diameter supporting member 53 from the inside so as to withstand a pressing force, and the small-diameter band 56 is fit while supporting the inner peripheral surface of the small-diameter part 47 by the boot gripping piece 31 so as not to be flattened, and thus temporary attachment work can smoothly be performed. A small-diameter band temporary attachment process which has been performed manually hitherto can be automated.
