Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in locating a mobile unit and reduce the time required for locating the mobile unit.SOLUTION: A in-vehicle device 10 causes plural transmission antennas 11a-11c located in different positions in a vehicle and set to have different transmission frequencies to transmit pulse pattern signals with radio wave intensities changed gradually according to different patterns at overlapping times. A mobile unit 20 identifies the position of the mobile unit 20 in the vehicle on the basis of the pulse pattern signals received by receiving parts 21a and 21, and transmits mobile unit position information showing the position of the mobile unit 20 to the in-vehicle device 10.
